HealthKit Data Does Not Appear
Check that the Apple Health app already contains the related samples, then confirm that Aurora Vitals has read access in the Health app or iOS Settings. Some cards need several days of Apple Watch and HealthKit samples before trends become useful.
Apple Watch, Widgets, Or Notifications Are Delayed
Apple Watch sync, widgets, watch faces, and local notifications are scheduled by the system and can be delayed. Check Low Power Mode, Focus, notification permissions, Background App Refresh, and whether the watch is paired and unlocked.
Pro Purchase Or Restore Issues
Aurora Vitals Pro is a one-time lifetime unlock processed by the App Store. If Pro content stays locked after purchase, open any locked card to reach the upgrade screen and tap "Restore Purchases" while signed in with the same Apple Account. Purchase problems such as billing or refunds are handled by Apple through Report a Problem.
Local Cache Reset
Data Management in Aurora Vitals clears local summaries, habit logs, recovery actions, completed-workout summaries, query checkpoints, and sync state stored by Aurora Vitals. The next refresh can rebuild HealthKit-derived summaries. Reset does not delete workouts, heart rate, energy, routes, or other raw Apple Health samples.
Data Export
Data Management exports deterministic CSV and JSON schema version 2 files through the system share sheet. Completed-workout rows contain only compact workout, heart-rate coverage/zone and energy summaries; daily energy rows contain active, resting, total and workout-contribution summaries. Raw heart-rate samples, HealthKit anchors, internal backups and workout routes are never included.
