Health Care Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 11, 2026

Health Care is a personal health and fitness trend app for iPhone and Apple Watch. It keeps health summaries, habit logs, recovery actions, and Watch sync state on the user's device and in the local App Group cache.

HealthKit Data

Health Care requests read-only access to the following HealthKit data when the user grants permission:

This data is used to generate local recovery, body load, sleep, health metric, vitality age, activity, and habit trend references. Health Care does not write to or modify HealthKit data.

Local Processing

Health Care does not upload HealthKit data, habit logs, recovery actions, or generated summaries to cloud services. The app does not use advertising, analytics SDKs, third-party tracking, or remote AI processing.

Storage And Deletion

Health Care stores generated summaries, preferences, habit logs, recovery actions, and Watch/widget sync state in local device storage and the App Group container. Users can clear Health Care's local cache from Data Management in the app. Clearing the local cache does not delete raw samples from the Apple Health app.

Users can revoke HealthKit permissions at any time in the Health app or iOS Settings. After permission is revoked, Health Care stops reading HealthKit data and missing metrics appear as collecting or unavailable.

Notifications

Health Care may schedule local notifications for stress trend reminders, daily summaries, morning recovery reports, or hydration logs when the user enables those reminders. These notifications are generated locally and are not marketing messages.

Purchases

Health Care offers an optional one-time Pro unlock as an in-app purchase. Payment is processed by Apple through the App Store; Health Care never sees or stores payment details and keeps only the verified unlock state on the device and in the local App Group cache.
